CPS-IoT Week 2019

News Update...

[24/Mar/2019]

Dear Participants...

We hope that you'll soon attend the CPS-IoT Week events. With the events days are fast approaching, we would like to remind everyone to book your hotel stay at the Fairmont the Queeen Elizabeth conference hotel, which is the center of activities. Staying at the conference hotel will allow you to network easily with other conference attendees. Also, it's easy get to the program and functions, and just as quick to be back to your room for a break. Staying at the conference hotel will provide a better conference experience!

We all agree that everyone enjoys meeting in a comfortable conference venue that offers quality service and support for the conferences, workshops, tutorials, keynote sessions, and other activities. As the transaction for those services and support, the conference guarantees that a percentage of attendees will stay in the hotel. The contract that ACM negotiated with the hotel guarantees a specific number of sleeping rooms to be used each night during the conference. If the conference does not meet the contracted sleeping room commitment, the hotel gets paid anyway. Those unfilled rooms, however, will cost the conference thousands of dollars.

Please support CPS-IoT Week 2019 and the research community by staying at Fairmont the Queen Elizabeth!

Please note that we have arranged a special group rate (C$220) with the conference hotel, Fairmont the Queen Elizabeth. As one of the famous modern hotels, the recently renovated Fairmont the Queen Elizabeth provides an exceptional living experience in Montreal. Although less expensive hotels are available in town, there are many benefits and convenience staying at the conference hotel.

Hope to see you in Montreal soon....
