• Every accepted paper (Conference and Workshop/Tutorial) requires at least one corresponding full registration associated to it by the camera ready submission deadline (even if it will be presented by a student).
• Every accepted paper for work-in-progress, brief presentation, poster, demo and PhD Forum sessions (Conference and Workshop/Tutorial) requires at least one corresponding registration of any type associated to it by the respective camera ready submission deadline.
• One registration covers only one paper.
• If you wish to attend the conferences as well as the workshops/tutorials and competitions, you will need to register for all categories that you will participate.
• Also,
  • If you're registered to any conference, you can also register to IPSN PhD Forum for free.
  • Oded Maler's Memorial Event is also free for HSCC attendees. If you want to attend the Memorial Event but nothing else, then you need to register and pay the fee as described above.

What is included?

Workshops and Tutorials (April 15, 2019)

On the day of the event, a registration includes access to the workshop/tutorial session of your choice, competitions (observer), luncheon, coffee-breaks, and access to workshop proceedings and/or tutorial notes.

Conferences (April 16-18, 2019)

On the days of the event, a registration includes access to any conference sessions, all keynotes, the F1/10 Competition (as an observer), luncheons, coffee-breaks, social events, and access to conference proceedings.

Competitions (April 15, 2019)

On the day of the event, a registration includes access to any competition, luncheon, and coffee-breaks. Attending any other event with competition registration is strictly prohibited, unless a special permission is granted by the organizers. Note that the F1/10 Competition spans over two days; the first day is for preparation (no public event is scheduled), and the actual competition will be on April 16, 2019.
